An interior update with energy efficient improvements.

 

This gut renovation of a contemporary 1980s Hudson Valley home included the replacement of dated wood paneling to create a more refined look, while maintaining the existing timber frame detailing throughout. A comprehensive kitchen renovation included custom cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and fixtures. Refurbished bathroom featured custom vanity, new fixtures, and single slab porcelain on floors and walls. 

Sustainable Elements: 

  • Installation of cellulose insulation for greater energy efficiency in exterior walls and around indoor swimming pool 

  • New energy efficient air conditioning system
